My full set was good but my pedicure was terrible I started with an elderly man a lady came and switched (mimi)him out I told her he only had started on one foot she cut me in 2 places. I never got a massage nor a hot towel and she never buffed or filed my toenails. I asked for a French tip no base coat, uneven, and the top coat she used looks yellow. Then I noticed that I still had orange on one of my toes from my previous pedicure. I’m very disappointed I was going to talk to the owner but he was very busy. I’m planning on calling up there to talk to him….

Critical: Professionalism, QualityZero stars. Will not go back and will not recommend. I had already cut my toenails and asked the person doing my pedicure not to cut them, yet he used the cuticle trimmer to chop 3 of the 4 corners off my big toe nails. They were jagged and uneven. Then, he rinsed all the dead skin off the callous grater in the water where my feet were soaking. He did not even do a good polish job.Service: PedicureZero stars. I had already cut my toenails and asked the person doing my pedicure not to cut them, yet he used the cuticle trimmer to chop 3 of the 4 corners off my big toe nails. They were jagged and uneven. Then, he rinsed all the dead skin off the callous grater in the water where my feet were soaking. He did not even do a good polish job.

I liked that right away they started working on my nails. I enjoyed my time and felt pretty relaxed and I felt that the price for what I got was perfect. That being said all my nails started lifting after a couple days. I’m not usually hard on my nails and I had my set before that(done at a different salon) on for an entire month and none of them lifted. I was really said when all my nails popped off within a week and a half. I really like the design I got and they were well done. The yellow I got stained my fingernails however and I’m sure that’s normal. I do also like that this salon has a rewards type program for you to get certain percentages off. The only thing holding me back from going again is how quickly the nails lifted.

The worst nail company I have ever been to!!!!.. They still practically learning how to/ what to do with nails!!.. I wish I could post the pictures on here to show yall what they charge $78 for!!!!.. No nails were added and basic pedicure!!!.. Keep in mind this was for a birthday gift and for the person to be unhappy about the outcome and let’s not forget over charged is messed up in every way possible.. poor management.. they honestly need to be closed

I choose to utilize facility for my pedicures and waxes quite often. However sometimes the technicians are a bit wordy. One technician picked up my toddler and put her across your lap and popped her bottom two or three times I haven’t seen this technician since thank you Jesus.

I have truly enjoyed the services that I receive when I go to Holly Nails….the atmosphere is so accommodating and clean. The Technicians and the owner are always attentive to your wants and needs and they are some all-around awesome people….Sophie has been a jewel since day one and she always make sure that her customers are satisfied…John who is a newer Tech is a joy to be around as well….I recommend Holly Nails without hesitation or reservation thanks for your service!!
