My daughter-in-law made appointments for us to get pedicures together on Saturday afternoon. They called to confirm our appointment before it was time for us to arrive and invited us to show up early as they were ready for us. Our pedicures were done very well. We were comfortable and very relaxed during our service. Everyone there was amicable and professional.

I have been going to a big nail salon for years. It was always hard to get a nail appointment and I always just felt like a number. My daughter and I decided to try this neighborhood salon to see if it was better. Wow were we shocked! We both got acrylic fills and they look perfect! Great attention to detail! We are both so happy. Staff is friendly, the facility is old but clean. The price was shockingly inexpensive. We made appointments to go again in three weeks. So happy to have found my nail salon!

Positive: Cleanliness, ValueI loved my nails, the workers there were amazing. They were very nice, I had good conversations with them, it didnt seem rushed at all. One worker did accidentally make my nails bleed a bit and the nail polish wasnt much even,however, it was VERY small to notice. Other than that, I highly recommend coming here!

Good work but they can work on their customer service. Sometimes the owners appear angry other times sarcastic and other times playful. They can be pushy at times too. I have continued to come because it’s in my area and they do nice nails. I would also recommend One Nail Shop their work is great actually better but several Asian women have attitudes too. I took my friend and was embarrassed when given an attitude. So the other problem at Victoria nails is you make an appointment but still make you wait. The appointment system is useless. I give it 3 stars more because the work is good and enjoy my pedicures. If they worked on pushyness, attitude, and keeping to appointment it would get a 4.

I’ve been going to this nail place since I moved to this area. They have great service and are reasonably priced. Kathy and Alex, husband and wife team are the proud owners. Their staff are all friendly. I truly enjoy being pampered each time I come for my manicure, pedicure and facial wax. I highly recommend VICTORIA NAIL & SPA!!

I was looking for a good nail shop in rancho and this one had great reviews. I don’t really like to do gel cause it messes up my nails so I went for a simple mani & pedi with regular polish and it was $34, a great price. I felt pampered and one nail tech did my toes while another pulled up to the chair and did my nails at the same time. They were receptive and nice when I asked if they could fix something, and my nails looked bomb! I still have my regular mani on my nails and it hasn’t chipped (with regular polish) and I got them done 12 days ago. That’s fab for regular polish! 10/10 will come back again thanks Victoria nails!
