Awful experience!!! Over priced for the kind of service provided. The male manicurist was hard with the drill and cut my fingers in several places. Then proceeded to over cut my cuticles after being asked not to do so at start of service. After my fingers began to bleed I stopped the man!!! I was told I had to pay the 35$ fee for simply removing old polish and him damaging my nail beds, cuticles and skin around my fingers. He was clearly in a rush and had zero desire to provide a spa like experience. I will NEVER set foot in this establishment again. Although the salon is pretty the service is not! Don’t waste your time or money here.

I guess I can say They did a nice job on applying the color but the rest of the service was half a**. Especially for the price. We had appointments set for 6pm- did not get to us until 6:45. Did not spend much time scrubbing on my heels or toes, the massage was only half the time advertised, and did not really get in under the nails to clean them up. My friends and I were not impressed. It was a very rushed through experience.

I went to get a pedi done and the lady did an excellent job but I told her that I wanted the basic pedi and not the shellac paint and when I went to pay they charge me for them both. I told the lady that is not what I told her. You just don’t do that to your customers. First time and last time going there.So I would not recommend anyone.
