I went here for years but stopped when my usual guy moved. Went recently for pedicure and eyebrow wax. I wish I hadn’t!! They were extremely rushed even though they didn’t have other customers waiting. Literally the most rushed gel pedi & wax I’ve had (20 min to do both). The gel polish on my toes is sloppy and uneven, he cut my toe and didn’t file every nail. Wax was also terrible! She Left hairs behind bc she didn’t tweeze the little hairs that are left after she waxed. Bottom line pedicure and wax both horrible! Won’t return

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueI used to go here all of the time. They always did a good job, had good prices and were very friendly. I went back today for an acrylic set manicure and was not only disappointed with how rushed the appointment was and how the nails turned out but was DISGUSTED with the cleanliness level this shop has. Dust everywhere, left over nail clippings and fake nails all over the place. The guy I had then proceeded to use a tool he had just used on me, on HIMSELF without cleaning it, then placed the cover back on the tool and put it in their “clean” draw. Not to mention i was “knicked” by the electric filing tool which created a small cut under my nail, and am now concerned due to seeing their cleanliness level about what could happen. I used to go here all of the time. They always did a good job, had good prices and were very friendly. I went back today for an acrylic set manicure and was not only disappointed with how rushed the appointment was and how the nails turned out but was DISGUSTED with the cleanliness level this shop has. Positive: Cleanliness, Punctuality, QualityI have been getting manicures and pedicures here for a few years and I have been very happy. I just wish the regular staff didn’t turn over so much however the specialty manicurists do seem so stay much longer. I don’t need to make an appointment and if it’s busy they will give me a time and I can run some errands in the mall. I have been getting manicures and pedicures here for a few years and I have been very happy. I just wish the regular staff didn’t turn over so much however the specialty manicurists do seem so stay much longer. I don’t need to make an appointment and if it’s busy they will give me a time and I can run some errands in the mall. So convenience is a plus too.

This place is absolutely disgusting, dirtiest nail place I’ve ever could imagine, threw me out basically after 10 mins of doing my nails, didn’t file my nails like I wanted and filed them with a machine made it extremely painful that I actually had to say something. the workers are just rude and I left there really upset because they basically ruined my nails and I have to start from scratch and re grow them

This place is so terrible. I went one day and left a happy customer but the next day i realized my gel manicure was cracking. There were vertical lines going all the way up my nail so I wanted to get it fixed since I loved the color and just spent the money to get them done. I went back the next day I was off work which was 3 days later, and I showed my receipt and the woman in the front said she’d fix it but then told me she couldn’t find the color I had. I remembered the number of the color and told her who did them and she insisted they didn’t have that color at all. Then she started to talk about me to every worker there and had them all staring at me until the man who did my nails came out from the back. He was very nice and went over and picked out the exact color I had on my nails and fixed them for me. That whole staff except for that one man is the worst. This isn’t my first bad encounter with that woman. She’s rude for no reason. I was willing to pay to fix them and she kept telling me I didn’t get my nails done there when I even had my receipt with the name of the salon and date printed on it. I will not be returning!

Horrible service. Do not go here. I asked the woman doing my nails to be careful because she was cutting too much of my cuticles and it hurt. I guess she didn’t hear me because she continued to do it and cut my finger so bad it wouldn’t stop bleeding. I put pressure on it for a few minutes, washed my hands and she put some blue liquid on it but it still wouldn’t stop bleeding. As my finger was still bleeding she asked me to pay. At that point I said I didn’t want the manicure anymore and walked out.

Pedicure caused an infection. The girl kept cutting into my nail area then polished. I have had an infection that is three weeks now and I limp due to pain. It hurts at the bottom of the toe which indicates infection. It developed even with otc antibiotic ointment. I have to go to the M.D. This is what your dirty equipment and person caused. M.D. visit.

Honestly the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. For my nails done and they looked disgusting… bumpy with tons of air bubbles and discoloring of the polish. 2 days after I got them done 2 nails popped off. Would not recommend

terrible experience, I went there to get a nail fixed because that’s where I originally got them done at, and the workers were very impatient and unhelpful. They always ruined my nails and I left very unsatisfyed.

Annie who answers the phone and runs the salon will take your name and appointment and when you come in on time she will take walk ins and make you wait . This has happened multiple times where I was told to sit in her chair and she asks me to then get up because there are walk ins in front of me . I used to be a regular . This is no way to treat customers especially one that comes very often and for a few years
