It was my first time there and it was wonderful! I actually booked an appointment the same day and was served a little before my time. I had both a pedi and mani done. The person who did both services was wonderful! She was nice and understanding when I wasn’t sure what I wanted done. She also helped me pick out some colors for my nails as I showed her a reference and they didn’t have the colors. It took a bit longer than advertised when doing my nails but I could tell she was trying to get them just right! She had to improvise a little which didn’t bother me at all! I will definitely come back in the future!

I’ve been coming to this salon since I was in high school and I’m bummed to even be writing this. I used to get great service here and loved coming but now it seems like every time I come is is a disaster. The last three times I’ve come with schedule appointments I’ve ended up waiting about an hour in the lobby for my appointment to start. I attempted to go in on my birthday last week but because I was 10 minutes late (it was a schedule appointment) they said they had nobody available and couldn’t fit me in, yet every appointment I’ve shown up for recently I’m waiting in their lobby for ridiculous amounts of time. I went in yesterday for my appointment and not only did I wait an hour and 20 minutes but the nail tech rushed through my appointment, couldn’t find the color I picked out so she quickly selected a new color for me, then shaped and filed my nails in all different lengths and sizes. (I don’t think any two nails are the same.) when I tried to tell her I wasn’t a fan of the shape and it didn’t match the photo she was visibly annoyed so I just sat and waited for the appointment to be over so I could just leave. I used to love coming here and always had good service but it seems like there are scheduling issues that need to be worked out so guests aren’t waiting almost an hour and a half for appointments they’ve scheduled their day around. (Three other ladies got up and left after about 45 minutes had went by for their appointments to start as well.) At this point I’m going to find a different salon that leaves me happy with the results and not like I wasted my afternoon paying for a set of nails I don’t even like.

This was my second time coming here, first time with a different woman went well and had little complaints. This most recent time the woman did a bad job of communicating with me, tried to pressure me into things I didn’t want, and really screwed up my nails. I showed her a picture and everything. I wish I would have gotten her name but considering I waited a half hour past my appointment time and had bad service, I won’t be coming back here again.
