Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueAshley did a good job on the color but does not know how to cut hair. I showed her a picture of my hair layered. She said my thick hair should not be layered. I’ve had my hair layered all my life. It literally took her 3 minutes to cut my hair. No style whatsoever. I’ve done a better job myself. She didn’t even cut off the split ends! It doesn’t even look like I had a haircut! What a ripoff! Never again!!!!I’m easy to please when I have a decent haircut. A person should be honest and say they don’t have the skills to cut a specific type of hair. Also I forgot to mention how she attempted to dye my eyebrows which burned my skin and made me nauseous. I went in for a chin wax and came out with huge patches of my skin completely red and raw! The young lady who did it obviously was not trained properly. I watched what she did and it was completely wrong. I’ve had dozens of chin waxes before and you do not wax the same area over and over again until the skin is raw! What’s worse is the manager, Victoria, tried to say that it was MY FAULT because I had been in the hospital recently. So she refused to take responsibility for her girl’s lack of training and but the blame on the customer! Wow! What a way to get clients. I was hoping to make this my “go to” place for waxing a maybe even a hair do, possibly even bring my mother for her hair or my sister. You just lost THREE potential clients. Way to go! If your staff rips layers of someone’s skin off, take responsibility for it. That is all.
