I’ve been coming to Victoria for a few months now and she started off great but the past three visits have gotten worse and worse. Today she lost a customer. She did a hack of a job to my brows and removed a corner of one of my eye brows. She also did a horrible job tinting my brows. She made them extremely dark and one eye brow is a round shape and the other is more boxy. My eye brows don’t match at all and it not what I asked for. Every time I come in she’s taking on her phone. It’s extremely unprofessional. Maybe if she wasn’t on the phone she could have pay attention to my brows. I also don’t like that she has a pre set tip starting at 30%. If your going to ask that much for a tip maybe listen and be personally to your customers.

I never review places but Victoria deserves one. I have never done a lash lift before and let me just say that Victoria does an AMAZING job. I have recommend her to so many friends but she is really gentle, intentional, and clearly knows what she is doing. I also got my brows threaded and tinted and she matched the color perfectly. She’s so good at her job and everyone should book her!
