absolutely love this nail salon! i’ve only been here twice, but plan on making it my home salon. i’ve tried other places in the area and they don’t compare to Victoria! they are always so sweet and make me feel comfortable. very friendly staff, great prices and i am obsessed with my nails. highly recommend this salon! I went to this salon on Friday, November 18 for a manicure and pedicure. As usual, they did a fantastic job. But, later, when I returned home, I remembered I had taken off my wedding ring before the manicure. I thought I had left it in the car but after searching the car and my purse, I finally accepted the fact that I had lost it. I was heartbroken! Today, when my husband and I were returning from the grocery store, he suggested we stop by the salon to see if someone had maybe found my ring and turned it in. I didn’t think there was a chance since I was sure I had taken it off before I went into the salon but finally agreed to stop!! It seems that when I took my credit card out of my purse, I pulled the ring out too. It had been found later than day on the floor right by the register. They had put it in a safe place feeling sure that whoever lost it would return for it. I am so grateful for these wonderful people and I will be a lifelong customer!

Meh. It is a good place if you want basic paint (I didn’t get shellac, so can’t comment on that). I had initially requested a painted French manicure with black tips rather than white tips, and was told that they couldn’t do that unless I did shellac (more $, presumably). I declined, but was disappointed, since based on other nail salons, my request didn’t seem too complicated. The technician I had was very nice, but I think there was a language barrier… I kept trying to correct her about 3 times to file my nails round rather than square, but she didn’t seem to understand, and I ended up with square nails.

Everyone here was very kind and patient and they did a great job on my 3-year-old daughter’s mani and pedi. They also did their best to recreate the designs in a photo I gave them, but the topcoat of my dipped nails did start peeling after only 3 days 🙁

I hate having to post a bad review because I love this place… but maybe don’t get your eyebrows waxed here? I got my eyebrows waxed on February 26th and thought the redness was just because my skin is sensitive, but this has never ever happened before. I’ve had my brows waxed here a couple of times with no issues but on feb 28th my eyelid became super swollen. Today (March 11) the skin is peeling off my whole eyelid, not just under the brow, like every place that they put the wax. My skin is super irritated and itchy almost two weeks later. Obviously the wax was just way too hot, I had to go get burn gel to put on my skin and eyelids because It was literally burned by the wax. They do a really good job on nails though, I would just avoid the eyebrow waxing even though it is convenient.

This nail salon is always clean, the nail techs are always pleasant. The price is lower than some of the other salons which keeps them busy. I would recommend this salon!

Awesome little place. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon to replace my SNS and only had to wait for 10 minutes. And was given someone who wasn’t working on two different people (that drives me nuts). Very friendly and did good work.

I have never had a bad experience here. Lilly (the owner) takes pride in her shop and holds the staff to a high standard. Every tech I have used is kind and works hard. I can get my nails done solar or dip and I could go 3-4 weeks without them lifting. Granted, I usually get them done no more than the 2-3rd week. Everything is always clean and I have never witnessed unsafe or unsanitary things here like I have witnessed at multiple other places. I have been going to this shop for about two years now & would never dream of going anywhere else.
