Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueEveryone here is very unprofessional. I got a hairstyle and cut here with a friend by the 2 ladies that work here for a Quinceañera!!! They not only butchered my hair, made my scalp sore with their aggressive washing, made my hair stiff like a rock with excessive hairspray, they dried my hair for over an hour until they BURNED IT and left my scalp red! They seemingly did everything humanly possible to make my friend and I have the WORST HAIR day of our lives. I looked obviously displeased throughout the process and even more when I saw the final result. No one, not even other hairstylist stopped her when my hair started smelling burnt or when I obviously had ridiculous looking hair. She smirked at me knowing full well I was angry and taking advantage of me and my friends age she charged us whatever she wanted $150. Everyone here is to blame, even the owner who I am sure all his staff are UNLISCENCED and SCAMMING their customers by trusting they won’t complain when the bill comes around. Everyone here is very unprofessional. I got a hairstyle and cut here with a friend by the 2 ladies that work here for a Quinceañera!!! They not only butchered my hair, made my scalp sore with their aggressive washing, made my hair stiff like a rock with excessive hairspray, they dried my hair for over an hour until they BURNED IT and left my scalp red!
