I like Vic’s because the salon is clean and the workers are pleasant. But be careful because there is sometimes an up charge without your consent. Dip powder is usually one price – yesterday it changed. I noticed on the receipt that I was charged for extra powder dip. It would have been nice to be informed Dip powder

The people here were very pleasant, but I was not happy with my pedicure today. I asked for the Voesh pedicure ($37.00 before tip), and I expected a leisurely, luxurious experience. It took a total of 12 minutes, from start to finish (including a brief footsoak). I did not want polish, so that obviously shortened the time, but my nails were not well-filed and the tech did not offer to buff my fingernails or toenails to a shine as other nail salons have done when I declined nail polish. The cuticle work was very quick and poorly done; overall this was a very perfunctory, BASIC pedicure, and not worth the price paid. I noticed after leaving the salon (having already left a nice tip) that several toenails weren’t still a bit jagged, having not been trimmed or filed neatly, and there was some old polish left that the tech failed to remove. The shop wasn’t busy and I’m a pretty easygoing customer, but this experience was a disappointment. I tried to call after to speak to a manager, but apparently there wasn’t one available. This was not the experience I had hoped to treat myself to today.

The staff was nice but my nails were rushed. I spent money on gel nails and they turned out horrible. The nail color I picked was not the color she put on. I’m still here and leaving this review. I wont be back. My tech was Kim as soon as it started getting crowded is when my nails too a turn for the worse. There are gaps at the bottom she has some weird shapes happing. Just no all the way around. Had she took her time I’m sure it would have been much better

Kim gave me this pedicure that consisted of more time massaging than removing dead skin. She talked me into getting the most expensive pedicure touting all of the great benefits and telling me how smooth my feet would be. My feet looked the same as when I arrived once I made it home. When I made it home and looked at my feet, I called immediately and was told to come back today by the lady who answered the phone. I just called and they put Kim on the phone, I explained how my feet looked and felt. She said she spent an hour on my pedi. Most of my time in her chair consisted of leg and foot massaging. All the oils and lotion on my feet gave an illusion of a good pedi but when they wore off, I saw how bad it really was. She did a HORRIBLE job and did not stand behind her work. This is my second bad experience at this shop, they will not get a third chance to disappoint me. I tried to add pictures 3 times but they are still not showing. They owners pictures are showing but not mine. I’m wondering if they have it fixed some type of way. Hopefully I’m wrong and the pictures will appear. I am going to report them to the BBB, pictures from good reviews show but the pictures from bad reviews do not show.
