Literally destroyed my hair. Went in with gorgeous hair and after 7 hours my hair was clumpin out from bleach and not even the color I asked for. It looks like a child did my roots with how uneven they are. One of the girls tried to fix it and she was very nice but it was unfixable. Left the place crying and they still made me pay $250, literally twice as much as I’ve ever been charged and the worst my hair has ever been.

Vicky has been doing my hair for more than 10 years. Recently I’ve been sticking to blonde. She trims my hair every 3 months and recently touched up my roots. Before the bleach root touch up I do prep my hair with coconut oil as it is pretty harsh on any hair type. She takes her time to do the blonde and is very careful when she washes/rinses my hair as she doesn’t want to pull much hair. After the blonde, I do not wash my hair for at least 2 days and prior to washing it I do another coconut oil soak. I also buy these 2 products from her as they are my fav! They are the blue Tech Italy Heal Dimension and Color Edge Shine Cream. These 2 products really help to keep my hair healthy and growing after doing the bleaching. Vicky does a great job! And, she will be real with you and tell you “We can do the blonde but, do not use high heat on your hair and take care of it”… because it’s true! Blonde hair is also requires maintenance- taking care of it to stay healthy before and after bleaching. She is my go to hairstylist and the only person I would trust to put bleach in my hair. I freak out easily and she always helps me stay calm. Thank you Vicky for always making sure my hair looks fab!
