The women at Vicky nails were very pleasant. Pedicure was fine. Unfortunately just days after my gel manicure (chose a regular light pink Essie polish) my nails looked terrible! The color was blotchy and started to look like two colors had gotten blended together. I went back to show them and the owner tried to tell me that I had color changing polish. I told her no, and showed her the color that was used. I said my nails are supposed to be pink, not pink and yellow swirled! I asked for my money back for the manicure and she said no because it was a “service” not a purchase. She gave me a gift card for the cost of the manicure after offering to redo them. I didn’t have time for another manicure and really don’t want to go back there to use the gift card.

I absolutely LOVE the way my nails turned out. I came to Vicky with a picture of nail art that I wanted replicated and she NAILED it. I love my spring nails, they look EXACTLY like I wanted them to look. I also had a great time getting my manicure. Vicky is funny and engaging and makes you feel so comfortable from the moment you sit down. I will not be going anywhere else for my manicures moving forward! Highly recommend.
