The nail technicians were so rude from the beginning and way overpriced. I got a break from mom life for the first time since being a new mom 4 months ago and just wanted to get my nails done with my teenage step daughter. I had asked about their pricing and they seemed really annoyed. After every conversation i had with my nail technician she seemed to discuss it with all her coworkers in another language ( i could tell because she was using some words in English that we had in our conversation). The PRICINGS are not what is priced on the wall at all. I just wanted a basic acrylic short nail set and it was $65 when the basic set on the wall said 35. At the end of my visit my total was $250 for my stepdaughter and i. And when i asked for the break down of my bill she couldn’t do it right then and there and she had to call her manager over. They guarded the door to make sure i didn’t skip out on my bill when i was more than willing to pay i just wanted to know what i was being charged for?

Good experience here. Pretty busy but quick service. Nails came out great! Will be back again. ***update to original review****** Came back for a second time since my first experience was okay. I arrived at my appointment time and sat waiting 25 minutes for someone to take me. So I asked how much longer of a wait and was then told “like 10 more minutes” …. Mind you, others that got there after me were already being helped by other employees. While I sat waiting for what was going to be 40 minutes AFTER MY APPOINTMENT TIME for a repair on ONE NAIL. I ended up leaving because I could not wait 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time for something that could have been fixed fairly quickly and went elsewhere. No one apologized for the long wait and probably didn’t notice that I had left honestly. Won’t be back there again.

Our nails come out good but sometimes the energy is off with the place and the ladies rush. We also always make appointments but they just end up having us wait in order so what is the point of an appointment? Update: we made appointments for today and were seated on time today!

Usually good value for price. Today my girl was pretty good especially the fact she was rushing right before close. She helped me figure out what to ask for with my no chip nails so they aren’t soaking them all the way off each time. Only issue is that they never get high enough at the nail bed and it already starts looking like I need a fill 1-2 days later

They will over charge you and yell and scream at you when you don’t like their work or agree with their ideas! I have been here a few times for no chip manicures/pedicures. Today I came in for a new no chip manicure. The service was extremely rushed, my nail tech did not know the type of shape I requested. My polish is not smooth and bubbly on top , overall it looks very sloppy. I will be finding a new nail salon. Manicure

I love Ada, she does a great job with my manicures and listens to me… however, I’ve made appointments for pedicures and still have to wait 15-20 minutes. I was waiting on the couch and they took someone who walked in after me even though I was waiting.
