I only visited this nail shop because of someone else’s recommendation. I personally was not impressed. The guy who was recommended seemed to rush and was not too friendly. I brought my daughter in for her first manicure and pedicure. He did a decent job, she thought it turned out okay but I would not re-visit.

Critical: Professionalismi walked in to get a full set with overlay and i was taken within 15-20 minutes, she sat me down and started drilling right away, she didn’t even clip my nails she only asked what color and if i was getting tips, she put the polish on effortlessly and i also asked for coffin shaped nails. she cut the actual nail tips to make it “coffin” she didn’t even file it, nor did she even shape the acrylics.Service: Acrylic nailsi walked in to get a full set with overlay and i was taken within 15-20 minutes, she sat me down and started drilling right away, she didn’t even clip my nails she only asked what color and if i was getting tips, she put the polish on …More

My first time here and I was so impressed! Friendly, clean and the workmanship speaks for itself. I keep short nails for typing and working and its hard to find GREAT nails technicians! Ken, thank you! See you every two weeks!!! Drive that extra mile down liberty road and see the difference this place offers.

Went to get my eye lashes done, went every month for a year. Had to stop because each month I look worst and people just walked up to me with recommendation for another shop. Pedicures and manicures are done very good. If you are not a regular you’ll know it, they will rush on what they are doing to get to that person. All at your quality expense.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI made an appointment which I requested what I would like to have done, when I arrived they told me it was a 30 minute wait, i said no problem. The older woman which I am assuming is the mother was watching her tablet and eating sunflower seed’s was asked to soak my nails and remove the nail polish, this upset her (I love sunflower seeds myself) as she was soaking my nails she walked over to her husband and started popping bumps on her face without gloves then came back over and started removing my nail polish. She nicked my skin a few times and would look at me and stared speaking a different language fine whatever. Another gentleman took me over to remove the acrylic and proceed to do the same thing, mind you my hands were soaking in nail polish remover so they are extremely sensitive and he finally removes the nails. Tells me to go wash which I say thank you and go to the sink to wash and dry them. I come back because my nails are all jagged and extremely sharp and I sit down, he says you’re all done. I asked can you please cut them and file them they will snag on something and rip. He starts laughing and uses a nail file to cut them down. My hands are extremely dry at this point and they hurt, he tells me I’m done and I can leave. I asked if he could put something on my nail to help them possibly heal and maybe hand lotion, he does none of the above. Point being, if you would like decent service DO NOT go to this nail salon even if you book an appointment. I went to the Walgreens and purchased a top coat to strengthen them and a hand mask to help them heal. Also a tool to file and possibly shine my nails since they are extremely rough. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER PLEASE AVOID!Services: Acrylic nails, Nail artI made an appointment which I requested what I would like to have done, when I arrived they told me it was a 30 minute wait, i said no problem. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was the most horrible experience I have ever encounter. Pedicure was 15 minutes long. No removal of skin build up, small one time pass of pumice stone only. My feet are dry, with visible skin build up. My delivery of my change was conveniently arranged with the $5.00 bills strategically placed as she stood awaiting a tip. The older lady late 50’s, appear to place a small amount of alcohol on tools not to mention she nicked me. This is outrageous. SISTERS don’t spend your hard earn money there, they don’t care for else. It was almost like an attack!Service: PedicureThis was the most horrible experience I have ever encounter. Walk in to counter lady on cell phone. She never turned around to say hello or nothing. The young lady Kelly waited on me. Not friendly at all. No personality and have the nerve to have a note at her station saying, if you have a bad attitude or arrogant don’t come stay home cause she do not want to deal with you. So unprofessional. And they are also over price. Never again!

Critical: QualityI came to Vicky Nails for a pedicure and the Lady Kelly did it for me! It was almost like she didn’t want to be at work that day! I had to stop her halfway through my pedicure and ask her to do it the right way or I wasn’t going to pay her! In my opinion she’s dry with no personality and definitely unprofessional!Service: Pedicure

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueMy BFF recommended Vicky Nails so I’ve been going there ever since. My go to person is Kelly. She does a great job, is very nice & haven’t been disappointed. Can’t speak for the other Tech’s because if my first experience is a good one then I will continuously go back to that person. Overall the place is very clean, reasonable priced, hardly ever have to wait and I’ll keep coming back to Kelly !My BFF recommended Vicky Nails so I’ve been going there ever since. My go to person is Kelly. I’ve been patronizing Vicky Nails for several months. I’ve been to other salons and I’m sticking with this one. I receive the same (or in some cases, better) mani/pedi as I would at the other places I’ve visited. Vicky Nails is no frills, but the prices are very reasonable comparatively, and my polish stays on for a long time – even when I get regular mani/pedi! English isn’t the first language, so don’t mistake lack of understanding or their uncomfortable feeling with the English language as the staff being rude. They are all very nice and accommodating. I rarely have to wait and I look forward to my appointments!
