These people are rude and unprofessional! I called a day prior to make an appointment for Jumbo lemonade braids. A woman advised me that they were closing at 6 so we both agreed for the next day at 1pm. I left work to get my hair done because I had an early flight the following day. Once I arrived at the shop, two women were braiding one lady’s hair. The taller ugly one asked me what style do I want and I told her I called about the lemonade braids. She then told me to have a seat. Another woman walks in so the lady told me she has another 1pm and I would have to wait. I said okay, I can come back just let me know what time, due to the fact I had last minute running around to do before I leave the next morning. After a few minutes, the lady told me she’s not doing anymore hair after she finishes the messy box braids she was doing in the lady’s hair who was currently in the chair. The other 1 o’clock appointment and I were so confused! Before I had to smack the beady beads off her edges, I just walked out! Don’t even waste your time with this place. And honestly, I only tried this hell hole because B&B on Anderson was all booked up …This place wasted my time and made me miss out on money!

This morning me and my mom went to get her hair braided we greeted them saying good morning nobody spoke there were 3 workers 2 clients 1 client was waiting on the person to come do her hair. Anyway nobody said anything to us so we decided to ask if any other worker was coming this G lady gives us a attitude for no reason she told me that I should know when a specific hair braider that I usually use personally this lady always try to take her clients so she was basically hating they are rude and disrespectful and had the nerve to talk in her language about us on her cell phone which she says she was on and spoke which she never said hi back anyway forget those ratchet heffers

So I went here sat 8/13/22 for LARGE knotless braids, the woman in the 3rd chair with the big dark spots on her face took me the back I showed her a picture she says yes she can do it I also said three times I want them shoulder length she again said yes . Not only was these braids horrible they were down my back as well as definitely not knotless this woman kept spraying her lower body part with body spray this ugly girl can not braid and the rest of the ladies are rude as hell find another braid spot this mess was q35.00 wasted my money

DO NOT go!! The owner and workers are extremely rude, I repeat rude. I was a new customer with thick hair. I told her I washed it already, but needed it to be blowed out. She told me to blow dry it myself using their blow dryer. I told her the reason I came here was to get it done (including blow out). She started cursing me out, and I started packing my stuff to leave. She told me “go to Dominicans get out”. Please do not go! They have 2.8 stars for a reason, but I was trying to give them the benefit of doubt. Rude Africans!

They CHOPPED my hair off completely when taking the style down. When I took out the redo hair style, I had to get a hair cut because my hair was two different lengths, which it was not before. The person that answered the phone seemed to be pleasant. I moved forward with trying to patronize the business . Because I was getting a simple hairstyle the person told me I could walk in, I walked in at 3:30. Only for a rude, unprofessional, disrespectful no greeting women to tell me she was busy, and I would have to come back tomorrow did I understand! I got my hair done Sunday now it’s Tuesday and guess what? A whole twist came out and the first time i got them done the same thing happened smfh! I’m done with this salon. I was told to come at 9am but didn’t get started until 9:45am and didn’t leave til 2pm. I wanted a simple cornrow style and they did such a horrible job I ended up leaving with half of my hair done. It looked nothing like the picture I showed her. The feed-in technique was sloppy, the braids were bulky and touching, you couldn’t see the parts in-between. I was so disappointed I wanted to cry. Should have sat and observed their work before choosing this salon or at least read ALL of the bad reviews online…How are they even still in business?! Ended up paying $100 for botched work…wasted my money and my time smh.

The woman are very professional and friendly. The salon is clean and inviting. I get my hair braided twice a year, usually in the summer and I always come to this salon. It is never crowded when I have been there. They were accurate, fast and I always walk out happy with their work. I love them.
