I went in for a sew in, first the lady is always late never on time but I had another lady do me a sew in. It was extremely too tight. When I got home I saw that my real hair had been cut. Vicky tells me to stop lying and I just want my money back. She attacked me with questions of how I know they cut it. Never apologetic. Never going here again.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityIf you want to be overcharged, have a long wait, get your hair braided/twisted in the heat, and not get what you pay for this is the braiding Salon for you!I showed up on time waited over an hour for Vicki to start braiding my hair, when Vicki was over 1/2 way done she had someone else finish. The second person did not do a good job and my twists are two different sizes. Please note the AC also doesn’t work well. Vicki advised she will be buying a fan but in 100 degree texas heat?? AC is needed.
