Vici Hair Studio did the hair and make up for me and my group of 9 bridesmaids at our wedding in late October. From the trial run a few weeks ahead of time to the experience day of – everything was phenomenal. We all looked beautiful and every girl felt cared for and heard. As some who has been going to Rita every 2 weeks for the past few months, I would expect that my loyalty as a customer would come before petty store policies. Even if you have been going there for a while – DO NOT – miss an appointment because they will not show any kindness or respect customer loyalty. I was completely shocked when I was not only charged for the whole appointment- BUT OVER CHARGED! She lost my business going forward.

Chelsea gave the worst blowout ever! My hair looked better when I walked into the shop than when I walked out. I wish I could post the picture of how ridiculous it looked! When I showed disappointment she attempted to restyle using a curling iron ( of course that was 10.00 more). I left there and went back to my hotel and had to rush to redo it myself. Plus she has no personality. My son was getting married that day and you’d think she’d say “have a nice time” or “congratulations” but instead she disappeared into the back room when she was done with me and I never saw her again. A waste of 50.00.Fake positive reviews!!

I received a terrible haircut by Chelsea. The long layers I had asked for are short and choppy, and the face framing is uneven with one side longer than the other. This is by far the worst haircut I have ever received. I strongly advise not going to Chelsea. Hairstyling

I used Vici Hair Studio and Beauty Bar for my wedding and they were absolutely perfect! I got married about 1 1/2 hours from Amherst and they came out to my venue on a Sunday to do my hair and makeup along with some bridesmaids, all at an affordable cost! I was thrilled and I have never felt so beautiful, can’t thank Kate and Chelsea enough! Would highly recommend this fabulous studio!
