Critical: Professionalism, QualityJessica is VERY unprofessional!! I went in for a hair color. I wanted silver with mint green and violet undertones. After 6 hours in the chair I had a block of grayish color on top, pink in the middle, and green on the bottom. Went back in, spent 4 more hours with her. It’s still not silver and my roots are brownish red. She said she’d fix the roots. Ok. 2 more hours in this woman’s chair and my hair is still not to my satisfaction. She refuses to give back any portion of my money!! If I went to a steakhouse and ordered filet mignon and was brought a cube steak, would I still pay for the filet mignon I wanted?? Jessica is VERY unprofessional!! I went in for a hair color. I wanted silver with mint green and violet undertones.
