The amazing Danielle has been my stylist for years and she is absolutely amazing!! My hair is difficult at best blonde, frizzy and unruly. Danielle has helped me find the perfect balance of color, keratin and cuts to make my hair beautiful at last. I always get compliments on my color but just recently the cut she gave me was a hit so many compliments! Danielle has always been flexible with my very busy schedule and always allows me to adjust appointments as needed. Danielle is simply the best kept secret on the Central Coast ❤

I was scheduled with Diana Negrete for the 13th of July but saw an Instagram post she posted on her stories that if we scheduled with her the last week of July we’d get $20 off so I asked if I could reschedule and be seen that week to get the $20 off. She said yes. So the day of my appointment gets here and I figure I’d message her to double check that she would see me because in the past I’ve made appointments with her and she cancels on me or reschedules the day of when I’ve already left my house and on my way to the appointment. This happened twice. I live over an hour away and she knew this. So I messaged her and she replied telling me that she was working 13+ hour days and blew her back out so she wasnt going to be able to see me and if we could reschedule. I of course said no problem and said we could reschedule and she never replied. This is the second time she has done this. In the past I had tried rescheduling an appointment she canceled last minute on me and she never replied. I figured she was probably busy then and I’d give her another try because she now had online booking and I didnt have to send her a direct message to book anymore. So the next day I see on her Instagram stories that she is in Vegas for her bachelorette party. I thought she blew her back out and couldn’t even really walk? Those are her words not mine. So I was obviously offended because she lied to me rather than tell me she bit off more than she could chew before her bachelorette party. Diana is very unprofessional when it comes to keeping appointments and informing you if she is unable to make the appointment in my experience, and now apparently lies to cancel them last minute. Also rather than apologizing to me, she blocks me on Instagram. I had friends and family that wanted to make an appointment to have their hair done at this salon but now I’m going to tell them to spend their money elsewhere.
