My pain level at the other shop was a 10, took almost 3 hours and my liner was uneven. With Michole, was a percentage of that because she numbed properly.The shop is super cute and clean. I went in for combo brows, and it was an awesome experience! The owner is extremely knowledgeable and artistic. She makes you feel comfortable and provides excellent customer service. Very disappointed in this place. I left work early to make my appointment (that I had made weeks prior) at 2pm. When I got there the door was locked and no one was inside. Once I got ahold of someone via phone they said apparently the person who was scheduled to do my facial did not show up and they couldn’t get ahold of her.
