Horrible experience! They gave me the worst haircut, ever and didnt do the color on myself or my daughters hair correctly. Then when I contacted the owner, she stated that fixing my daughters hair to what she actually came for would be at full charge and would only allow a “fix” of my hackjob by the stylist. 2/3 hairstylists screwed up our hair! I’ll never return and advise everyone to steer clear!

Excellent service and a staff that continues to educate themselves on how to make their guests look and feel great. VIBE is a warm and inviting experience. I don’t live in Portage, but I’m willing to make a 40 mile (one way) drive to get to VIBE.

Butchered my friends hair, didn’t blend the cut at all. They cut her daughter’s hair and it’s nothing like the client requested. Bother both clients color. When my friend and her daughter went back to see what could be done to fix mistakes, they offered to correct their mistakes and charge them again. Unacceptable!
