Critical: QualityI don’t even know where to begin with this cut ! I am sooooo unhappy. I did like most people do and looked up the reviews on here before I went in and it seemed good. WRONG. Two different women worked on my hair one woman colored it and the next woman butchered it. The color isn’t terrible but it’s not what I asked for but the cut oh my god it’s so bad. It looks like I have a mullet and it’s so choppy ! I have curly hair and usually wear it natural so I wanted some layers for more definition but the woman just started grabbing random pieces and cutting my hair so short ! She chopped it so fast and carelessly. There was no sectioning she just grabbed a piece wherever she left like it and trust me it shows ! She initially told me she wasn’t cutting much of my hair and showed me about a quarter of an inch at the ends and now I have random stringy pieces at the bottom of my hair. There are literally random chunks just gone. When she finished I saw it and instantly started panicking ! I was hoping it just looked bad because it was wet but she sat me under the dryer and it just kept looking worse and worse. She asked me if I was okay with it and I said yes because I hated it so much I didn’t want them to touch my hair again ! It looks soooo bad and I don’t know how to fix this. I paid $120.00 for a HORRIBLE haircut. I went home and tried to fix it and style it a way that looked okay and I just can’t. It looks terrible curly, blow dried, and flat ironed. Today my husband let one of the workers know she wasn’t doing a good job a few times when she was cutting his hair, and the owner didn’t do anything about it I would’ve expected her to finish the job for the other worker doing the bad job but no . We went to this place often a haircut and the first few times we thought it might’ve been an accident because my son moves a lot , but my husband has had really bad experiences . Today my husband let one of the workers know she wasn’t doing a good job a few times when she was cutting his hair, and the owner didn’t do anything about it I would’ve expected her to finish the job for the other worker doing the bad job but no .
