Normally when I wear nails they tend to break or fall off after two weeks. I wash my dishes by hand. I have now used their services twice and they are still on. I am also not friendly with my nails due to heavy handed projects I randomly do. I have noticed they do reuse the files BUT I have also noticed they sanitize them each time. This pic shows my dominant hand after 16 days.

It’s my first time here and I loved it! My nail tech made sure to get me the perfect match to the colors I wanted, paid so much attention to detail, and was very gentle with my sensitive nails. No nicks or scratches! Will be back for sure Acrylic nails

Tina gave me the best pedicure I have had in a while. This was my first pedicure since having my baby and needed this time to relax. She listened to my preferences without question. She scrubbed the heck outta my feet, usually I am very ticklish when my feet are “scrubbed” but she was firm and it didn’t tickle at all. She gave me extra leg/foot massage since I did not get my nails painted. The chairs were also very comfortable, she said they were new to the salon. She also dropped a tool at one point and immediately retrieved a new tool. I appreciated that very much. Took her name down and plan on going to her again next month!

Vi and her employees are so nice, and great at what they do. They keep the salon and their stations clean and sanitized. My nails always look great and last a good 4 weeks or longer.

I had a gel fill and pedicure here 5 days ago. I had been going here for a few months and never had an issue, but had a tip fall off my nail….while washing my hands…I returned since it had only been 5 days since I had my nails and a pedicure done. I only wanted the one nail fixed and even offered to pay for the one nail to be fixed but they dismissed me, brushed said they were “too busy” and that it would be “one hour” til they could help me. I was fine with that and asked if I left my number if they could call me to come back in an hour when they were ready. I was calm and nice, I would understand if I was being a total Karen about it, but I wasn’t. They never called so I went to K&T nails instead. Tom fixed me up and won over a new customer. I will never return here again and wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you want to receive poor customer service. Any time I have went to any other nail place and had this happen within a week, they have fixed it on the spot and refused payment. Most places stand by fixing their work if it breaks prematurely and do not want to develop a bad reputation. Very disappointing and dissatisfied. These are the same women that ran the Regal Nail salon that used to be inside the Wal Mart. Just rebranded.

I would give 5 stars for my acrylic nails, shape and attention to detail are great. They lose stars for the pedicure. The polish was on so thick, I asked for the same color as my nails and didn’t get it. I said when i walked in I needed shellac on my toes because I wore tennis shoes and didn’t want to wait an additional 25+ minutes for them to dry. While i was getting my nails done 5 other customers walked in and then they told me they were “too busy” to do shellac on my toes and I would have to wait until they finished everyone’s pedicures first before my shellac. Not to sound entitled but I was there for at least an hour before the other people, and if you can’t handle the influx of customers, let people know that. Also I know that it is a nail salon and the techs don’t always have the best english, but I really couldn’t understand anything they were saying the entire time and they couldn’t understand me either when I was asking about pricing/up charges, so I had no idea how much my service was going to be. I would come back for acrylic service but I will definitely take my business elsewhere if i’m looking for a good pedicure.

Got a regular pedicure. The tools used were “washed” off but not sanitized in an autoclave. Same files, clippers, etc. Not sanitary at all. No liners used in the pedicure bowl. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Pedicure
