My nails look so awful. The nail tech filed my left thumb into some crazy shape. I got shellac and the polish job is horrible. The nail tech took me to the counter to pay… and stood there with me.. to see if I was going to tip.

Literally just left. Paid $47 for me and my two sisters nails and this is pretty much how all of ours turned out. She cut down most of my nails really short and left others long. The nail polish is clumpy and she filed them unevenly . Not leaving a review to bash but just giving my personal experience for anyone interested. Won’t be returning but hopefully if you go there you have better luck!

Great, fast service. I highly recommend the deluxe manicure. The rough textured sugar scrub and hot stones felt absolutely divine. Nail polish is a bit wonky but other than that I love it.

The other reviews about staff professionalism are true. As soon as I walked in the door, someone yelled at me from the back. I asked pricing up front and when I sat down the technician assigned to me gave me a higher price. When I asked why the price change, she did not address me she began speaking to her coworkers in another language. She then tried to save face by saying she thought I wanted long nails, which I never said and she never asked. She then started to sell me on another type of manicure (I asked for dip, she wanted me to get color powder). I asked the price difference and she said same. So I asked more questions about the technique and she changed the price and said it was $5 more. Seeing how she had not been consistent with the original price, I declined the service. I then asked what shade of pink the color she was using was and she got very defensive saying it was the same pink as the color powder. I rephrased my question to ask for the shade of pink for dip and she didn’t want to show me, she said its just pink and its transparent. At that point, I decided to stop interacting and let them finish. She barely used the pink on a pink/white French manicure. Its so transparent you cannot tell its a pink/white. She left big pieces of dry polish under my nails and when I declined a “special shape” she got annoyed and said ok just natural and filed my 10 nails in less than a minute. I do not expect perfection, but the overall professionalism was terrible. I also got a pedicure, she tried her best but its definitely not the full 30 minutes they say it is. The end result was mediocre. $80 dollars for bad service – will not be going back.
