Had wonderful experience here for a haircut! Jay is very nice and patient. I wanted to try something different after keeping it long straight for more than 10 years, we had several discussions and he is helping me figuring out the style that truly belongs to me. We have tried two shot hair styles and I love them! Jay is really experienced, his haircut does not require much effort to take care of and the style holds well.

What I want is a gradient color but I got a hair look like an old lady.Before doing balayage I went there for consulting if they cannot do the same result they should let me know, I will look for other barber shop. Had great experience here for a hair cut. My stylist is highly skilled and really put her heart in every detail in the whole process from washing the hair, combing, styling and drying! Nana did such an excellent job who IMO is one of the best stylists I’ve seen in the Bay Area!

Had deep conditioning here. This is a Japanese hair salon, they spoke Japanese and English. For a $80 conditioning, I thought it was not worth it. The cream was simply put on my hair (without taking the time to massage into my hair) after a simple wash, then heated for 5 min. Then, blow dry. Not worth the money. My hairstylist was nice. Unfortunate!
