Went in and a very nice lady made the appt for me for last Sunday. Unfortunately I had a family matter and was not able to go. Went back yesterday apologizing for missing the appointment and to make a new one. This time, a not very nice gentleman could not book an appt for me until December. He also did not seemed interested in booking a new appointment. Furthermore, he informed me that they charge full price if I miss the appt and do not call ahead of time. Never was given this policy before. Reason why I give 2 stars is because the place looks spotless. But not happy with the way I was treated the second time.
