DO NOT GO HERE! I got shellac manicure after 2 days it started peeling. I called and they offered to fix. I went back and she just painted over them and had attitude the whole time. I left and the next day it started peeling. I called back Tracey told me that can’t fix it that it’s my fault and if I go back I have to pay and hung up on me.

Worst experience. The whole pedicure was rushed. All done in like 15 minutes. I got what they call the super deluxe pedi for 35 bucks. All of the focus was on my leg and not my feet. She taps my leg to say all done while my feet are visibly dry with dead skin still on the bottom of my feet. She did nothing to fix it saying just put gasoline on it at home. This issue wouldn’t have existed if she would slowed down and tried Tom do a thorough job. Never coming back.

Used to come here all the time to get my acrylic nails until I was paying for my nail set when the man at the register pointed out my acne and told me I needed to “stop drinking soda”. I don’t even drink soda nor did I need his unsolicited advice on my skin. There are plenty of other nail salons much better than Vi Nails that won’t be rude to their customers 🙂

DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE! 1st she put hot wax on my face! Then once she was done 1 eyebrow was thin and the other as thick! When I told her she tells me to come back in 2 weeks so she can fix them! Now I have two messed up eyebrows and a burn or something that looks like a bruise! Never again!

However, The quality was poor with the lady I got, had to get my toes re-done, only the big toes .. 3 or 4 times. I only requested to get the big toes re-done since they’re the most visible. &I sat there calm although I was frustrated because the lady did a poor quality applying the polish. One toe had polish on my skin & the lady wanted to leave it like that. I even asked if someone else could help me. Finally another lady came by and helped when she saw the poor quality of work and reapplied my polish once. She was mad the whole time but still helped and I was thankful.
