HORRIBLE!!! Do not waste your money. Seriously, terrible massage and pedicure. But worse, my fingernails were totally misshaped, and then gel all over the cuticles and uneven. Awful. When I pointed it out all they did was cut, and cut my skin.

I would give a zero if I could. They are awful. The lady that did manicure and half my pedicure -Kim was so rough with my nails as if I wasn’t even a person. Cut my cuticles so low and haphazardly and to be honest, painfully. The polish was so uneven on my nails and when I asked her to take off all the polish hanging off my nails and on my skin she was so rude, and again, so rough. Same with my toes. If I am paying $92, I don’t think it’s too much to ask to do a decent job and treat me like a human. My preference was to go to Sukkys spa because she is amazing but she was booked up. I have been to Vi Nails before over a year ago and the service was mediocre as it was, it’s 10 times worse now.

Critical: CleanlinessThey don’t clean their cuticle trimmers and other instruments between clients. She took them out if a dirty plastic box and put them right back in when she was done and there were 10-12 instruments in there. I also was charged 15 for a manicure after the woman doing my gel polish got it wrong three times and just grinded it off each time. I’m pretty sure she used the top coat first but don’t know what happened. They bubbled every time I put them under the light. Finally she said to get a new color and I said it has been an hour I’m done. They made me pay $15 anyway because she trimmed my cuticles and filed my nails. My daughter went twice and both times she showed them a pic of a French tip style but with black tops. The first time she got fully black nails. The second time fully maroon nails, not tips. Charged us anyway. They don’t clean their cuticle trimmers and other instruments between clients. Very nice experience. I went late at night (6:45) since they close at 8. I got a fill and design for an acrylic full set (completed at a different shop) and paid $35 which is very reasonable in my opinion. There were some minor things technique wise that bothered me but overall I loved the shop and can’t wait to go again. Very wonderful shop and very nice people.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy nails have never looked worse. I asked for a dip manicure with an almond shape and walked out with thick acrylic nails shaped like triangles with gel. The person I told what I wanted apparently forgot when she told the person doing my nails?? And then it was my fault for not speaking up when I didn’t know what was going on and the miscommunication happened BETWEEN STAFF. And my one nail broke in half and this was “fixed” with glue which made it hurt so bad. When it was all said and done she said I could get them off but they would have to charge me for that, and the dip (and waste another 2 hours of my day). If anyone needs me tomorrow I’ll be at another salon getting this fixed. Attached are (embarrassing) photos of my nails and the photo that I showed them from the beginningService: Acrylic nailsMy nails have never looked worse. Critical: ProfessionalismThis is the second time that I have walked out of Vi Nails. I went in this evening to get gel taken off my hands, and brought along with me my $5 off stamp card. After I sat down, the manager-type woman (who has always been rude and unprofessional to me) asked me if I had cash. When I pulled out my credit card and the $5 coupon loyalty card, she said I needed cash. I asked why the $5 off wouldn’t work for the service, and she had no answer. She again asked if I had any cash, and reminded me that there is a $10 minimum for cards. When I said that the $5 coupon didn’t have any notes at the bottom that indicated that it couldn’t apply to a $5 service, she proceeded to get ruder. [See picture of $5 coupon.] As I left, she said to ”bring cash next time.” She has no understanding of how to run a business, apparently, and after the second time of unwarranted rudeness, I will really never return. I hope that she eventually learns how to treat repeat customers. Their “Consumer Appreciation Program” is a joke and I will take my business somewhere that treats its customers with decency. This is the second time that I have walked out of Vi Nails. Critical: QualityFirst time I came was years ago, got some diamonds on one nail. Ladies were so rude and half fell off by end of the night. I’m like ok it’s the diamonds it’s okay.Second time my friend wanted to go so I said sure. I got gel nails and shows it already chipped 2 hours later, the second picture was the day after. Here is my last time with getting a pedi it’s really my last resort because everything else is closed and here she is peeling off my gel polish by ripping it off inside of soaking.I would not recommend Services: Acrylic nails, Pedicure, Gel manicuresFirst time I came was years ago, got some diamonds on one nail.
