Came in for a manicure. Asked about other options for color (no acrylic, natural nails) asked about power vs gel as she walks away to charge me for the manicure only. I’m like ma’am… I’m trying to spend money with you and you act like you don’t want it. Resulting in her having to run my card twice.

I wanted to get my brows cleaned up but what i got was a total whack job. I wish I would’ve listened to the reviews i first seen. This lady almost took my whole brow off. I told her everything in the outside. If she didn’t know what that was i could’ve drew it for her. She was on the phone and all i thought she knew what she was doing. Worst brow experience ever and i had to wait to get this. I draw my brows on every morning to make them even and this is not what i wanted. I’m posting pictures. The first one was yesterday 8/28/22 the second is the hack job and the third is the before.

Critical: Quality, ValueI really wish I could upload the pictures. I don’t understand why they be in such a rush. I got a mani and gel polish on just my real nails and the finish product was horrible. I will not be going back at all. My niece could have done a better job than that. I really dislike not being satisfied on my nails.

Ummm when me and my granny went their.I didnt get nothing done only my granny.She got her toes done okay. Fast forward to where she was when he was polishing her toes okay when day was they went quite dry but he was trying to put the flip flop on and he messed up her toes and then he already knew that he messed up with her toes he tried to fix it but he tried to put the other flip flop online know he messed up the other so why would you try again and then when the manager or whatever came over to look at her toes she said they could have been a little better he miss them up I don’t know what he said because I don’t speak the language they said but he’s I think he said okay whatever and then he had a nasty attitude which I didn’t like but that’s my review I don’t think we’ll come back I don’t know plus they too high okay okay
