AVOID AT ALL COST! Unprofessional, “Protective” styles installed without regard for clients natural hair, Will NOT REFUND your money! Contacted Vicky after seeing her reviews to have faux locs installed for a protective style for my 7 year old daughter and I. Vicky was pleasant. I think due to Covid she is working out of her home, which is fine with me. She has a good setup, its comfortable. The only thing I’d say was we did start late, but I understand somethings are out of her control, just in the future reach out by text or call before the appointment if you you are running late with a previous appointment. Vicky is a very sweet lady! Today would’ve been the second visit. We had an appointment for 5pm & around 4:55pm, Vicky texted us asking if we can do 5:30pm instead. Now, I did not mention we just took a 40 minute drive to see her. So, to kill time, we went to grab food & made sure to be on time. We got back to her by 5:20pm & contacted her letting her know we were there. We waited, waited & waited……. Called her at 5:45pm since we didn’t hear from her. No response. By 6pm, we decided to leave. We have still yet to hear anything from her. Waste of time & gas. Highly disappointed!
