This was the best nail experience I have had in Paso. Everyone was very nice and Tan did an excellent job. After he shaped my toes he took the time to make sure I was pleased with his work. Wow! Danielle was very clear with pricing and what was included in each service. They were never pushy on upselling like other local spots. The over all feel of the place is very spa like and was very relaxing. They had a variety of magazines to read which is a plus for me. They offered me water or soda which was nice. I forgot to bring a pair of flip flops to wear after my pedicure but they had the disposable foam flip flops which was great! After much trial and error I think I finally found the best nail shop in town for me! Thank you Vessel Day Spa for your wonderful hospitality!

My nails are so crooked, the way they shaped them is horrible, they were so rough with my hands as well. They made me bleed on 3 different fingers! Also they did not do what I wanted, but I’m so socially awkward that when they asked if I liked them I just said yes, paid, then walked away. At least they were nice and talked to us though, it is a nice place and I’m sure many people have great experiences with other employees but this was my experience, I will not be returning.

I went in today to get my brows done and the lady who did them looked like she was behind when I got there and when I finished, the lobby was pretty full of people who seemed to be losing their patience. It definitely felt like she rushed through my waxing because I really hate to say this but my brows look awful. I have thicker brows but when I left they were literally half the size they were before as well as very apparently uneven and I’m pretty devastated. I payed $25 for a brow and lip wax so I definitely won’t be returning 🙁

I came here on a gift card from a family member, it was just ok. I probably would have been disappointed if I paid my own money out of pocket. I have been to plenty of other salons ranging from major cities to locally. The paint from my manicure was off within three days, and I had to clip and trim my own nails by the fourth day. I also feel they clipped too close to the skin which caused some concerns about possible inflections later this week, luckily they didn’t cut too much living skin off. Seems to be healing ok.

Everything went well with our pedicures but the main woman told me they weren’t going to have time for me. Why did I make an appointment then? They didn’t understand that we wanted acrylic either and pushed for gel. Ridiculously poor communication. The front desk woman is wonderful but this place isn’t worth the hassle guys.
