Upon entering the facility, employees were taking a phone call. When it ended, they were talking horribly about the customer on the phone. I was clearly waiting to check into an appointment so I found that extremely unprofessional.

Kelsey is great! I felt welcome as soon as I walked in, she listed to what I wanted and set to work getting me taken care of. The head massage after the shampoo was a welcome touch and my hair looks great, which is wonderful since I was trying something daring. I will definitely be back!

Extremely disappointed with Verve. I took my 2.5 year old and my 18 month old for a hair cut. I was charged $68 (before tip) for their haircuts. I was so in shock I couldn’t even say anything. For $68 for 2 kids haircuts I would expect them to be sitting in a space ship served apple juice. I should have called to check pricing but I never would have thought a kids haircut would be $34 each. We will not be going back here.

I got an appointment with Jordanna for a hair cut, and decided on a whim to do color. She had time for me which was nice. She did SUCH a good job. She took her time (it took five hours!) to make sure everything was done right. She did a phenomenal job and worked really hard. I am thankful she didnt do the bare minimum for it to look good enough like some stylists do. I also appreciated that she offered a price quote before – I’ve never had a stylist do that before. The cut was also great. I definitely recommend her work.

I have really thick hair, “dessie” (don’t want to misspell, that’s the name she wrote on the card) did great with it! I came in with a small undercut and wanted a little more taken off since it’s warm outside, and I’d like to be able to get to my scalp lol! Very friendly staff! Talked and giggled while she worked. Definitely returning for any trims and touch ups!
