Critical: Quality, ValueI went in a day ago to get gel polish the shape was great the girl was nice. I just got black polish no designs and paid 65. That was fine my nails were nice (at the time) but about 30 minutes later this started happening (see pics). I am so upset i have find time out my schedule to get them redone and pay more money somewhere else. Paying $65 plus a $10 tip i was hoping my nails would be good but I got this kind of results. I went in a day ago to get gel polish the shape was great the girl was nice. I just got black polish no designs and paid 65. That was fine my nails were nice (at the time) but about 30 minutes later this started happening (see pics). I was looking for a new nail salon so I decided to give this place a try. I walked in and was surprised by the tall ceilings and how much natural light there was. This salon is very clean, well organized and very efficient as far as the check-in/check-out process. I believe the prices to be fair and the quality of work has always been satisfactory. Jennifer is awesome and I always ask for her is she’s available.

By far the BEST salon in Minnesota. I’ve been looking for a good CLEAN place to go to and this is the one. The front dest ladies kindly greeted me and walked me to my chair. I had an amazing deluxe pedicure. They even come up to you and ask if you would like something to eat or drink during your service. I have never been to a salon that serves food and cocktails. I highly recommend this place!!

Special treat to myself. I’m in a wheelchair and I’d say for the manicure aspect very wheelchair friendly. No electric doors but I’m very mobile so I don’t really need them(doors were not very heavy.)Very inviting. Very clean environment. Super nice folks working. Very relaxing. Just did a simple manicure with gel polish and small design. Didn’t feel rushed. Will be returning! Do Recommend!! Didn’t have a appointment and little to no wait but call first.

These nails are 4 days old. She tried her best but had to repaint them 3 times and they still came out uneven.They tried to automatically charge me a 5$ tip on top of 45$ for a fill. My nails are already chipping and looks weeks old. I’m very disappointed. I don’t recommend. Acrylic nails

manicure was a very bad experience. i’m very disappointed because i showed them a picture of what i wanted but the outcome looked very different. when they were shaping my nail, my skin got cut twice and it stung. they were very rough with my nails as well, it felt like they were gonna rip my nail off. it was also very rushed. finished my manicure in a span of 15 minutes. they had 3 different nail techs work on my nails and still couldn’t get the design right. when they were gluing the press ons to the tip of my nails, one of them wasn’t secure so i told her and she ‘fixed’ it but after she fixed it, it still didn’t look secure. if they didn’t know how to do my design they could have just let me know, but they really did rush. you can still see my real nails under the gel. it felt like they didn’t try. we spent a total of $400. not worth it.

I have been to this place 2 times and my experience is always just all right. My nail tech was not very welcoming and did a really rushed job. I got white dip and this is how my nails looked after about 16hours of having them done. I also asked for them to be square and they obviously are not. I called to tell them I would be returning after my vacation and the lady on the phone brushed it off, she tried to blame me and asked if I dyed my hair or did anything to make it dirty, also stating this has never happened before.
