These guys are great, friendly, welcoming and completely ok with a drop in customer. My wife was looking to get a last minute hair cut but the Women in front were too busy to take her at the time we arrived and suggested we go back to the Guy’s section. They were cheerful and very happy to help us out.

I have never posted a review like this on a website or nothing so I hope I get it right. I haven’t had a Professional haircut in probably 3 or 4 years, so my Mom paid for my haircut today because we are going to our Family Reunion Saturday and my hair was horrible, so I called Versatile and made an appointment with Keisha, I got to the salon and she asked me how I wanted it cut, I so I started telling and showing her the best way I could and for the first time here in Madisonville a stylist understood me and she pulled a picture up on her phone and we found a cut almost the same way I wanted, I was so amazed how she cut and styled my hair, I have been on CLOUD NINE all day I feel so good I have self confidence and worth, all those SELF ESTEEM ECT ECT. I never expected to be so ELATED JUST BY GETTING A SIMPLE HAIRCUT. I also believe that Keisha is responsible for most of these great feelings I’m experiencing today, she did an Awesome Amazing Job on my hair, she so kind and gentle and I want to TELL HER THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MY GREAT HAIRCUT, YOU DESERVE AN 1000 STAR RATING.
