I went here 3 days ago. I went in all excited to try a new nail salon. I should have stuck to Ti & T nails. The lady who did my nails literally did what she felt like do to my nail. $70 later & my nails are starting to fall off after only 3 days. I’m crying it was my birthday so imagine how sad I walked out this place. She filed my nail beds so hard I came home with cuts on 3 finger. Honestly don’t waste your time coming here. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Upon arrival, the place is big, clean and bright. You check yourself in on an iPad, and they were quick to seat me without an appointment. The First Lady I had was pretty distracted; she was watching her phone while preparing my nails for acrylics, which led to her cutting me several times. I very specifically asked for a square shape and not thin. When I reminded her, she listened, but was already 2 nails in with the wrong desired look. She had another employee take over and his remedy was to start over. I advised to just cut them down. When he did, it was closer to my desired look. Then after painting 2 nails, he had his wife take over. She was very kind, gentle and thoughtful in her technique of painting them. In the end, I had 3 employees work on my full set with gel polish, 3 cuts on my fingers and 2 sore nail beds. I was hoping this location would work out to save me a drive. I would suggest if you are particular (like I am, I am aware) and have sensory concerns (like I do), to proceed with caution.

I’ve had good experiences except for the first time. The man I had cut my cuticles and made me bleed on 3-4 of my nails and blamed me for having dry cuticles. He was very rough with my hands and my gel polish fell off after a couple days. With anyone else, my experience has been great. Gel manicures

I decided to give this place a try regardless of the reviews. My experience was good, however for some reason my technician rushed me out without making sure the polish was properly cured. She put a gel polish coat over regular polish and even an hour after my nails were completely ruined. I sent an email to address the problem and received no response.

My daughter got a full set nails with gel design. This is our second time there and both times they did a great job. She always chooses a more complicated design she find online and I think they did a great job replicating what she wanted. The salon is new and clean and she had an overall positive experience. I brought my daughter’s to the nail salon. My teen got a full set she loved her nails so much, the nail technician was very nice, and made sure her nails were the way she wanted them. My 7 year old got a gel manicure and pedicure. They were also so kind, and her nails came out so nice. Will definitely come back.
