I came in for Rose Gold right around the time it was becoming popular..it was a new color so she had never done it yet..I walked out a complete redhead, it was aweful :/ she knew it was way off and didn’t offer to fix or cut the cost in any way- about 2wks later, I saw her at the store and she had dyed her hair Rose Gold and apparently mastered it because it looked great while mine was still bright red
