I went to get my hair done for my graduation and the quality of the service was so bad. I asked for wavy hair, nothing too hard and my hair ended up so hard from all the hairspray that they put in my hair and the waves were not even made correctly. They took 45 mins to just dry my hair and they did not even know how much to charge me. I feel I was overcharged since for like 10 mins they did not want to give me a price, I had to ask twice how much was going to be. Horrible experience. I am not coming back to this salon.

I highly recommend going here especially if it’s your first time getting your hair done. I’m so in love with my hair now, never have I experienced something better.

Outstanding service! I called earlier in the day and they didn’t answer but they actually returned my phone call! And I told them I wanted a hair cut and my hair dyed they closed at 7 and it was 6:36pm so I wasn’t expecting them to take me but she said to head over and they would assist me. I arrived and it’s just one hairstylist who is already working on someone else, and her son was there as well. It just meant a lot because typically when business are getting ready to close they say you can come back tommorrow but these ladies had me come in despite the fact they were closing. And on top of that she was a mom, so she took even more time out of her evening to assist me. You don’t always get this type of service so it needs to be recognized when someone does. Thank you!! And I love my haircut!!

She booked me in for a 4 hour session at 10:30am that same day.I had bleached AND toned my hair 3 times before coming in. My hair was fried at the ends and I wasn’t sure it could take much more. I asked her to help me fix my hair bcs it was a bright yellow and with pink and brown tips. She got to work with another young lady and they fixed my yellow hair into a very agreeable ash blonde. I couldn’t be happier. They did an amazing job. I’m so happy Verónica and the other young lady were able to fix my bleaching disaster. They were very amicable, pleasant, and not only understood but executed exactly what I needed and asked for. She was very polite and asked if I was ok and made sure I was confortable throughout the process.
