First time to try this salon after reading reviews. I did get Queenie for my dip manicure, and I think she zipped thru it very quickly with a very sweet disposition. Unfortunately I have a few rough places on my nails that with a quick look and feel over before she had to rush to her next client might have been noticed.

I’m mostly happy with my acrylic ombré. They got me in right away as a walk-in and Queenie was very nice. From far away the nails look pretty good. Only giving 4 stars because it felt rushed. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I wish there was a little more time spent paying attention to the details. You can see in the third photo that there is a pretty obvious spot where my nail is not fully covered. Photo #4- maybe I’m too picky or my nails are just not the best shape but the profile of the acrylics seems flat instead of rounded. I feel like the technician could have taken more time shaping and making them all more uniform. Final photo is the reference photo I provided (minus the glitter).

I highly recommend Queenie! She always does a fantastic job. The other nail techs there aren’t as talented as she is. Last time, Cindy did my nails and they looked horrible! She did not use enough product and the designs were subpar at best. To get your money’s worth at this place, ask for Queenie instead!

I’ve been coming to Verona for my nails for awhile. I see Queenie. She is always excited to see me and does an AMAZING job. She helps me pick the best colors and introduces me to new styles. My most recent visit I left happier than ever!! It’s football season and she hooked me up with a design for my favorite team!! I showed her the general idea of what I was thinking and she created something even better.

My friends and I had the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon yesterday. We usually come here and have a great experience but yesterday was just terrible. 2 of my friends were getting acrylics and they sat at the table for 35 minutes with their hands in the water and no one helping them, then when they finally had someone they moved them to a different spot. Now for me and my friend just getting SIMPLE gel, she barely got the nail polish all around my nails. She also asked me and my friend if we wanted a heart and I think it’s the ugliest design I have seen. I can do better then this and I paid for something a kid would do to my nails. Why would she let me leave thinking that’s a good design. This place really disappointed me this time and a fair warning to everyone they always overbook themselves so it’s too busy, they can’t handle it.

This was the first time that I have used Verona and I will definitely be back! I came in to get my nails taken care of for engagement photos Kimble did a fantastic job with my manicure, pedicure, nail repair, and rebase! (They were a mess before she fixed them!) All of the staff was very personable and kind! Would highly recommend Verona! ☺️

This is my go to place when I get a manicure or pedicure. I usually do shellac but have done dip and regular polish as well. I have had multiple people and have always been happy with the outcome. I have been going here for years and this never happened before but i got charged a long nail fee which i had never been charged before and they charged 20 for design which just seems like a crazy amount because i didn’t have a crazy hard design or anything. There were just a bunch of charges that just didn’t seem right. I used to love this place, did my nails very well though just the price was a bit outrageous.

I saw ruby today and she was so sweet. I paid 95 for the Verona pedicure and manicure package and gave a 20 dollar tip. I only gave 3 stars because I felt very rushed, I didn’t really get a massage on my feet, my heels are still rough, and on my nails only a portion of the nail has top coat. Again I really liked ruby, she was friendly and kind, I just wish I got what I paid for.
