Unfortunately it seems like this establishment lacks properly trained stylists, I felt like the girl who cut my hair didn’t know how to use a pair of scissors, I’ve heard the same complaints from a lot of other people in the area and wish I would’ve heard this sooner, all in all the service was friendly but the execution and experience was lacking, if you’re running a professional salon please make sure everyone on staff is properly trained in all aspects of the trade! I can’t believe there aren’t any properly trained stylists to hire? Cutting corners and hiring untrained workers will only hurt you’re business.

I just came for a haircut and this Domenican old lady took 2 hours just to get my hair cut and charged me $75!!!! I HAVE TO TELL HER 3x OF HOW SHORT I WANT.. and she keeps cutting it in small cut so it will take a long time, my haircut should be only $30 but this old lady seems enjoying cutting little piece of hair not thinking of wasting time and EVEN CHARGE ME $75!! DONT GO HERE WITH THAT OLD DOMENICAN LADY WITH A VERY SHORT CURLY HAIR. She will ruined your day!

I went in to cut over half my hair off and was happy with the result. I started noticing a few days later that one side was an inch or two longer than the other. I went back and explained the situation and they fit me in to fix it in less than 20 minutes. Everyone was very nice about it and the stylist was very apologetic (I wasn’t mad at all, I just didn’t want to attempt to fix it myself and mess it up more lol). I very much appreciated their understanding and willingness to help me.

Critical: QualityTo start I’ve been going to this salon for 5 years now. I usually am not picky on the stylist as I thought they were all pretty good. I usually go with a picture of what I want done. This time I asked for caramel bayalage to brighten my hair for summer. The stylist I had dyed my roots black and gave me gray/ silver highlights. I went back a week later not happy with my hair for $260 I paid to have it done. She fixed my hair but now it just looks the exact same as it did when I came there a week ago. I asked for a different stylist to do my hair but was told the same one had to redo it and the owner would help her which wasn’t done. I have been to this salon several times before but this time I left unsatisfied. I went in for a trim as I always do and the woman that did my hair seemed as if she didn’t even have her license. The receptionist was guiding her while cutting my hair. I told her to trim what was needed and told her I just wanted my split ends gone. Veronica has been my hairdresser for 10+ years. I am African American and I love how she takes care of my hair. She does a great job every time. Her staff is always friendly and very professional. The shop is very accommodating and will always find a way to fit you in. Nice clean, atmosphere. The shampoo ladies are the best. They will have your hair squeaky clean, especially Helen. I have had my hair done by different stylist as well, including Wanda, and Rosa. They both did a wonderful job. Make an appointment today, trust me, you won’t be disappointed.
