Recently, my hairstylist retired, shortly before I was attending my college reunion and a family wedding. Good for him, not so for me. I travelled from Florida to Massachusetts for the reunion. A friend recommended Vero Salon and Spa. I called and asked if there were any openings for a cut and style. I was able to get in in the next day or so. Lucky me. Even better, Jessica did a fantastic job. I’m not one to fuss with my hair so she styled it as I might. Then. she and Liz recommended products for my fine, curly hair that have become new favorites. The location was easy to find, the shop was clean, the staff was welcoming, and their work was top notch. When I return to MA, this summer, I’m booking another appointment!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy blowout was not good at all, I asked for volume and brush curls and I came out with straight limp hair. My stylist was annoyed that I asked her to try to curl my hair after I had already said that is what I wanted, and it was an extra charge of $20 when they use an iron at the ends of your hair. I have to now reschedule a hair styling at another salon for my plans because it looks like my hair air dried after a shower. When I tried to pay the girl at the front desk sat on her phone and did not acknowledge my presence. I’ve been going to Katie for a few months and she completely transformed my hair! I’m so happy with the service she has provided to me. I had been to several other colorist, who didn’t really listen to what I was asking for. Katie has gotten my hair to the perfect shade of blonde. Everyone is always professional, and helpful. The salon is always clean, and beautifully furnished. I love going here.

Dorey is the best. She gives great mens cuts at a reasonable rate. The new location is super nice and makes you feel like you are in a luxurious high end salon…. I guess you are. They always ask if I want an extra wash to get all the little hairs out and my hair looks great everytime.
