How is it my fault? You’re the one running the business. I made an appointment for a hairstyle for my daughters 15 and myself early Saturday morning. Érica never asked me for a deposit but I saw her put us down on her calendar. We showed up before the place even opened. She had another person waiting too. Érica opens up her place and tells me she wasn’t expecting us because people tell her to make appointments and never show up. Like wt? I was desperate, I wish I could just leave and get someone else to do my daughters hair. I basically told her, how can she do this? It’s my daughters 15 big party. So I told her to just do my daughters and not worry about mine. Where am I going to find a beauty salon available now? Something quick and easy. I almost let that ruin my whole day. I did my own curls at home. As it is having a big party can be stressful she even made our morning hurtful. Tip to Erica, Learn how to stand up and ask for a deposit. You never asked me for one.

Under new management and ownership, honestly i thought i’d give it a chance bc erika was so great but I left in tears. I had long hair past my waist, went in for a small trim and left w/ hair a little past my shoulders, I only asked for 4-5 inches off.. VERY scissor happy, don’t know how you mess up that bad. Absolutely livid. Haircut
