Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI unfortunately showed up late …… I had a work call that ran late ….. I did text her at the time that I was running late and despite the fact that I apologized and offered to pay for her time ,she was so upset that she cancelled our appointment . This despite the fact that her next appointment was 90 minutes out . She told me that it would take her that time to “ get her head back in the right place “…… Despite the fact that I offered to pay for the time I was late …..furthermore she then told me she would not only not accept future appointments from me but she would also be canceling my wife’s appointment…… my wife had nothing to do with my lateness or she had not even met her ……… in the end I did give her 50 dollars because I was late for her appointment….. despite the fact that she provided no services ….. honestly I found her very unprofessional and frankly highly emotional …… I won’t ever try again nor will my wife …….. it is just not worth the trouble …… I would not ever recommend her ….. a bad experience all around ….. btw I spent 40 minutes of my time showing up in person ….. apologized and gave her 50 dollars for her trouble and got nothing but treated poorly ….. I unfortunately showed up late …… I had a work call that ran late ….. I did text her at the time that I was running late and despite the fact that I apologized and offered to pay for her time ,she was so upset that she cancelled our appointment .
