This was the best pedicure, I’ve ever had, in my entire life. Lol this woman was incredible. She did so many treatments on my legs and feet… I felt like a Queen. First time I went there it was great! Best experience ever, had one person working on my pedi at the same time as my mani and it was really quick and we’ll done. Second time was a bit different, it service quality was pretty much the same (little rough on my hands but I could get over that). I wanted to split the payment of my service between a $20 bill and my credit card. I asked if that would be OK and made sure to clarify it twice before she walked away, then she took the bill and ran my card. I also told her to run the card for a 20% tip, there where then 2 tranactions on the card. I noticed when she handed me the receipt that it looked like she ran the card for the full amount and then the tip. That was fine, but when I said that the 20 was also supposed to go for the service she acted like she didn’t understand and got upset with me. So I pulled up my mobile banking app and showed her the charges. Another worker heard me trying to explain and came over, she and the one who had done my mani talked heatedly for 2-3min then the other worker turned to me and said that I hadn’t given the first woman a 20 I had only given her $10… not true. I stayed calm and explained all over again showing the charges to them. The end result was that the first woman begrudgingly had to give me $20 back (she wouldn’t give me the 20 I had given her though because she still claimed I had only given her 10 and it was for her tip, I received other change in its form). I have mixed feelings now about returning because of this experience but they do a REALLY good job and have awesome prices. If going there don’t try to use multiple types of payment for one service though. I wish I could give 3&1/2 stars because their work is great but my experience this time just left me feeling a little taken advantage of.
