This place is horrible. I came for the first time last Saturday for a mani and pedi. The guy cut me twice and made me bleed. He did not cut my cuticles correctly. Their selection of colors is sub-par. The furniture is torn and raggedy. And what really made it the all time worst experience for me was seeing how they treat customers. A lady walked as soon as I sat in the pedicure chair. She asked for a manicure. They told her it would be about 30 minutes. She said she was going to go to Burger King real quick. She came back within 25 minutes. They made her wait another hour before they finally took her. They allowed ladies that came in after her to be seen 1st. One of the manicurist finished someone and still refused to do this ladies nails. I will never patron this business again. Low level service and no class.

I didn’t like my experience here I told them that I wanted a certain design and they were persistent on some other design. So I was like okay at first but then I decided to show them a different one and explained how it’s was done they didn’t really took into mind. I was so mad and not satisfied that I just went for a plain polish. Horrible experience.

Critical: CleanlinessUnbelievable scary. Had my lip waxing after she was all done i notice she wiped the stick and put it back on her tool box. I was very concern because she had treated someone prior to giving me service these is truly disgusting. Please becarefull make sure that they use new sticks,its so scary to catch an infection. I had a niece that she had her eyebrow waxing and she caught a major infection in her eye that incident happened elsewhere . I honestly prefer the 2 male nail techs for my gel acrylic but overall they all are really good with nails. The wait is a little longer than average which can get annoying but it’s worth it for the price range. I would highly recommend!
