Even if you call to make an appointment, 99% of the time, you still have to wait. Depending on the stylist you get, it could be great or meh. The latest time I made an appointment, got right in and got seated, she FLEW threw my full gel set. All my nails are different lengths and thicknesses. I asked for coffin and they look square. Color ia gorgeous though.

What is the sense of having an appt if made to wait over an hour and still not be acknowledged other than when walking in and being told to wash hands and pick out colors? Not once in an hour and 15 mins did anyone even say sorry we are running late or anything! Lost 2 customers within 5 mins as another lady walked out just before we did. Place was highly recommended by numerous friends. Glad they had better experiences. Was first time. Will not be returning.

They did a great job! I got a gel manicure and my three year old had her nails painted. The tech was sweet and pleasant and did a wonderful job. I did call to make an appointment but it’s pretty clear after reading reviews and since they didn’t take my name down and we had to wait for a while that they don’t really make appointments. So I would recommend not counting on starting right at your “appointment time” (or even bothering to make an appointment) and asking about the wait when you get there if you’re a little short on time. Great service though, we will definitely be back!

Vermont Nails has the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I made and appointment months in advance for my wedding (I normally do my own nails at home but this was a special occasion). This was a 4:00 appointment and I waited about 25 mins into my appointment to get started and then once my nail tips were on and under the dryer, the employee took a walk-in customer and did her ENTIRE set right next to me. Finished my nails, and the woman next to me said she also had a 4:00 appointment and she hadn’t even been helped yet. By this time it was nearly 6:00. The employee said I was done, and I reminded her that I also scheduled a pedicure. I then waited in the pedicure chair for another 20 minutes to be helped. By the time I was done it was after 8:00 and they were closed and beginning to clean up.

I have gone here on 2 different occasions and both times were not good. Both times the dip i had put on fell off days after. And i waited so long soaking my feet for a pedicure that the water was ice cold by the time they got to me. I told em forget it. I had just my toes painted and they charged me $15. Their customer service sucks. Will not ever go back there.

I was visiting St. Albon’s. Made an appointment for mani and pedi arrived about 5mins early. Picked out a color, waited as there were 3 other ladies in front of me. Unfortunately only 2 manicurist were working. Sat in foot bath for 30minutes before the manicurist came over. Water was Luke warm by then. He did a great job on my toes! I only give them 4stars due to the amount of wait time. It took 1hr 15mins just for my toes. I hope they get more staff.
