I had 8 sessions of laser hair removal at another business. The hair on my neck had grown back so I went to Lauren to get a second opinion. She did a health history and I eventually figured out why I was having hair growth. The laser Lauren uses hurts significantly less than the other ones on the market. She is really easy to talk to and trustworthy. Not all laser techs are created equal. Lauren cares about what she does which is one reason why she’s so great. It ensures quality work. I wouldn’t go elsewhere for hair removal.

I was referred here by someone at my dermatologist office. I called the number from google and left a message on the answering machine. Lauren called & text me back after hours on her own personal time to set up an appointment…having laser done is such a private and personal experience and I was extremely nervous before my first appointment. After I arrived and filled out all the necessary paperwork, Lauren and I had a one on one consultation and discussed what I was hoping for, etc. She’s so down to earth and it made me feel safe and comfortable right off the bat. She goes above and beyond time and time again to make sure that the client is satisfied and happy. I also appreciate how she takes the time to explain to me what she’s about to do, any potential side effects, etc. and has always made sure I know that I can reach out to her anytime if I have any questions…I can’t say enough good things about this place (and Lauren in particular), she genuinely cares about her clients and their results.

Lauren is great! Having had quiet a few laser treatments elsewhere, I have never felt as comfortable and at ease as I did with with Lauren. In addition to that, her laser machine combined with her skill and care made it the least painful experience with laser I’ve had. Highly recommend.
