I went in there kneading an emergency haircut and although I’ve never been in there before they fit me right in and gave me the best haircut of my life. Immediately I felt like family there. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you need to get your hair styled, cut, permed, dyed, anything, go to Highway 92 and you will have a great experience and be completely satisfied. I am 60 years old and I have had a lot of hair Cuts but the service and the professionalism and the friendly atmosphere of Hairway 92 is the best I have ever experienced. I went in there kneading an emergency haircut and although I’ve never been in there before they fit me right in and gave me the best haircut of my life. Immediately I felt like family there. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you need to get your hair styled, cut, permed, dyed, anything, go to Highway 92 and you will have a great experience and be completely satisfied. Vickie was amazing!!! She gave me the BEST hair cut I’ve ever had and listened to EXACTLY what I wanted. I had a grown out pixie cut that she cleaned up BEAUTIFULLY and it was incredibly stylish! Absolutely amazing; I wont EVER go anywhere else for a hair cut and HIGHLY recommend this shop. Their prices are PERFECT too!!

I have gone to Dineke 4 times now. The first was fine, a routine trim in early 2018. Early THIS year I went for another routine trim and there was an accidental incident (I did not fault her on) and she rushed me out of my chair, charging me full price and leaving my hair completely wet – no reschedule on her part. After it dried I noticed that she hadn’t completed the trim. Considering I had seen her a year prior, I expected more. I called back as soon as my hair dried and rescheduled and she was more than understanding and upon my 3rd trip she corrected the mistake and suggested I get layers. I didn’t want them but I trusted her. She blow dried my hair to completion and my hair felt great. I tipped her every single visit, regardless of the mistakes, because everyone makes mistakes and she corrected it beautifully – leaving me to think that it was just due to her small ‘accident’. Now, I just went in last Saturday for another trim (4th trip) and it was going well until more clients came in and again and SUDDENLY, the job felt completely rushed. She didn’t blow dry my hair completely “to keep it from getting damaged” and sent me out the door. Once it dried, I noticed that the upper layers were completely frizzed and dead while the bottom was slightly more manicured and tended to, which is rough because I have spent years growing out my hair and now the damage is working it’s way up the layers she suggested I get but has neglected to trim and manage. After paying over 40 dollars, I expect to be able to brush through my hair without snagging it 4 inches from where it ends and expect it to feel better than it did before (I rarely apply heat to my hair and have never dyed it, so the result I want is very realistic). I called to reschedule a touch up today and “won’t have to pay full price” but at this point I am emotionally exhausted and completely discouraged. I know she is a capable hair dresser but she seems to pick and choose when she wants to satisfy her clients thoroughly. After this next touch up, I fear I’ll have to take my business elsewhere because I shouldn’t have to be in tears over a routine trim and the fear of ‘bothering’ my hair dresser for the second time because I am unsatisfied. Nice salon otherwise, friendly staff.
