Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityMy experience at VEOLA’S DAY SPA was one for the DO NOT GO BACK THERE AGAIN RECORDS.I must say I’ve given this a lot of thought and the total disrespect I received was more than anyone should have to deal with. On my first appointment for mole removal, Ms.Veola decided to tell me the price of the services after she questioned my employment, nurse.The process was painful and extremely costly. I then had a second appointment and waited an hour and was told that she wasn’t aware that I was waiting in another room, as she gestured her assistant to do so., and proceeded to do a quick mole removal and charged me the same inflated price as the first appointment, I didn’t have as many moles but because I didn’t want to confront Ms.Veola and just paid for it. Then I had a follow up appointment and Ms.Veola didn’t show up for my 9 am appointment as I waited 20 minutes. Ms.Veola called me and stated her daughter’s dog was sick and she was tired from taking care of him and decided to sleep in a bit longer. .I must say not a good decision but.i will NEVER go back for i was banned from the spa do to the fact I told her assistant I would write a review. Here it is. Don’t go there if you value your TIME AND MONEY. My experience at VEOLA’S DAY SPA was one for the DO NOT GO BACK THERE AGAIN RECORDS.I must say I’ve given this a lot of thought and the total disrespect I received was more than anyone should have to deal with.
