I called 3 weeks prior to make an appointment for myself and my granddaughter as part of her 13th birthday gift. We got a Mani/Pedi. I was instructed to call the week prior to confirm the appointment which I did. Our appointment was for 2:00. We had to wait until 2:50. I specifically asked that we be done at the same time so we could chat and that didn’t happen. He cut my fingernails WAY shorter than I asked. Once our Mani was done he rushed us both to the Pedi chair so consiquently we both smudged a nail. Then when we asked if they could fix he mumbled that if we had gotten No Chip, that wouldn’t have happend. They never tried to make conversation and the whole time we were in there they conversed with each other in their language which I feel is just rude. Didn’t provide me with an itemized receipt. With tax it should have come to $96.30 and I was charged $104. By this time I was ready to be done. What was supposed to be a fun time turned into a nightmare. I will not be back and will not recommend

My usual nail tech was out of town so I tried Venus for an acrylic fill in and one replacement. Just not impressed with the outcome. The girl burned my nail, left them sharp, and the paint is streaked. The one I had replaced doesn’t fit and isn’t glued to the end so you can see my nail underneath. They also need to scrub their tables. I’ll be happy when my usual tech gets back from vacation so I can have her fix this.

i’m really not the type to complain on the internet about businesses BUT this salon specifically states on the front door they serve “women, men, and children” with that being said, I was getting an acrylic fill at this salon and my guy best friend came with to get his nails cleaned up and painted.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent in for a pedicure and for $37 I figured it would be a nice pedicure. My water was cold so I asked for it to be warmer. Then my feet weren’t even scrubbed with a pumice stone. No cuticle remover. Barely cleaned my cuticles. Didn’t clean under my toes like your supposed to. I literally got the foot/leg scrub stuff and paraffin wax which didn’t cover all of my feet and a cold towel with lotion under it. No massage, no cleaning, no pumice stone scrubbing. Then when I got up to go to the dryer the floor was soaked and I almost fell and when he wiped it up he kept hitting the towel on my freshly painted toes and didn’t even care. It was terrible.
