Our party was for 6 people. Myself (bride) and 5 bridesmaids. Of the 6 of us that had our makeup done. Only one was half way pleased with her make up. The older lady that did my sister’s make up seemed inexperienced and frankly, uninterested in getting the job done decently, as per the picture my sister provided . The other younger lady doing makeup also seemed to not really know how to match and blend foundation.She produced a very department store amateur makeup look. My MOH only kept the eyes because the rest of the makeup made her look washed out and didn’t match appropriately. My last bridesmaids declined getting her whole face done because of the results of everyone that went before her. I, the bride, had the wrong color foundation sprayed all over my face with poor contouring and blending. So on my Wedding day, I had to rush back to the resort and wash my face; just to have to rush and do my own makeup before going down to the beach to get married.

HORRIBLE PEOPLE. I called in advance to confirm they can paint and repair my nails a certain way. I thoroughly explained we confirmed on the price. When I got there they were extremely rude, scraped my skin, we’re not nice about it, I literally was crying. To top it off they over charged us an additional $30 per person. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Visited this spa the day before my wedding and I had a very relaxing time. When I arrived, I had to wait about 15 minutes for the pedicure which wasn’t too bad. The spa is very well decorated with turquoise colors and a cool Japanese blossom branch that hung down from the ceiling. The lady who did my manicure and acrylic nails was very friendly and not too talkative like some other places. I am from Dallas where nail spas are very abundant and SPI was a little limited so I was worried about the price being too high. I only spent about $60 for both which was pretty decent. The nails ended up being longer than I wanted but they were still very beautiful and all of my wedding guests complimented me on my toes and nails.

My sisters & my gel manicures came out very bumpy/uneven. Nail polish was stuck on our skin. Tools were kept in a cloth case and re-used between customers, not sterilized at all. Our manicurists admitted to being new, and it seemed like it was their first time doing nails. Extremely overpriced, especially with the services we received.
